So, WHAT IS the Spirit Cross?
It's the next generation cross. Representing the movement of our hands for the sign of the cross, it's a timely symbol for spiritual and relational (as in human cross-cultural solidarity) unity, and it's here to remind us, and to encourage others, us that loving the Great Creator is LOVING NEIGHBOR AS SELF...no exceptions. Five sizes of Spirit Crosses are available: small, standard, long, chandelier length (or extra long), and collar length.
FINISHES: silver, copper, gold
MATERIALS:
All earrings come with lead-free, nickel-free copper ear wires (earring hooks).
EARRING DROP-LENGTH:
The drop length refers to the APPROXIMATE length of the earring body (not including ear wire or optional gem). The SMALL earring drop length is 2.25 cm (2nd, 3rd, 4th photos). The STANDARD is 4 cm (6th, 7th, 8th photos). The LONG is 5.5 cm (1st, 5th, 9th, 10th photos). CHANDELIER length is about 10 cm (11th, 12th, 13th photos), and COLLAR length is 13 cm (typically grazes front of collar bone).
HANDMADE Each earring is individually hand-wired on a rustic jig, and individually hand-hammered. No two are perfectly identical. Like each of us, they are perfectly imperfect.
CHARITY:
Portions of proceeds from Spirit Cross sales have, in previous years, been donated to the Sugar Law Center of Detroit and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
