Selika, Black Equestrienne is one of Black Victoria's antique images. This sepia toned image is thought to be one of a half dozen staged photos taken of this woman at the studio of Felix Nadar for the 1891 World Fair in Paris.
In its antiquity, it is not as crisp as a new, modern photo, but reproduces pretty well for small wall and desk or tabletop photos. Approximately 7.5x10.
Not run of the mill and perfect for home, office, studio and shop; for personal use or gifts. Fine for mounting on foam core, and ideal for a matte and frame.
